Thank you for serving my stores as if they were your own stores.  My ice machine was out-of-service for a long time.  My technician could not diagnose the problem.  You had the field connections to send one of your contacts to fix my machine the same day.  I took a sigh of relief to know that my store is in reliable hands.  Also, your staff is very helpful and patience.

I have tried all the existing co-ops in Houston until I was approached by Daniel from Affordable Buying Group.  Since I never heard of Affordable Group back than, I did not pay any attention to Daniel and turned him away.  But when one of my relatives joined your group and talked highly about your program, I was eager to give Affordable Group a try.  I called Daniel back from the business card he left me.  He came running back and signed me up.  After spending a full quarter with your group, I am sure to stay with it as long as I keep getting the same excellent service I have gotten used to with your group.
